Accessibility Standard for Customer Service

Under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act
If you require assistance with access to our office during office hours, please knock on the door or window and the receptionist with be happy to help you.  

We welcome your guide/assistant dog in our premises.  Please note that our washroom facilities are not wheelchair accessible.  

If you wish to request feedback on our accessibility standard for customer service, you may do so by one of the following methods:

ii) by email at
iii) in writing addressed to the Broker of Record, Ken Barrick.
iv) in writing through suggestion placed in our suggestion box on the front counter.

Pursuant to our Accessibility Standard for Customer Service PLAN you will receive a response from Ken Barrick, Broker of Record within two business days.
